I have a bad habit…
I start projects, get them to about 50% or 80% completion, and then let them sit in a random folder on my desktop until I forget how they work.
This site is my attempt to fix that.
This isn’t just a portfolio; it’s a forcing function. By building a central hub, I’m forcing myself to actually finish and ship things. If a project is listed here, it means I am committing to finishing it. And it also serves as a my personal showcase of my technical program, project, and product management skills. As on most of these projects, I’m the client, designer, builder, tester, and end user. And the user that breaks it occasionally.
The secondary goal is to give back to the self-hosting community that I learned so much from. Hopefully, someone else will stumble upon the tools that make it to production here and find them useful.
What to expect
You’re going to see a mix of things here:
- Open Source Projects: Tools I use daily, like my calendar and domain manager.
- Ideas: Ideas that I am trying to turn into reality.
- Sites: Sites that I build that hopefully people find useful or helpful.
- Blog Posts: Little things like configs that I find useful or helpful.
- Life Stuff: Websites I build for life journeys and travel challenges (like the JetBlue 25 for 25).
Thanks for stopping by.
